Students who decided to apply for the programme can proceed to the application at the website of Temple University from now until the deadlines set by Temple. At the same time, students need to submit the internal application to SAO (21 Jan – 23 Feb 2026) to become a UM-nominated student. Only UM-nominated students will be eligible to compete for the UM sponsorship based on smart point or RC nomination.

    • 4th-year bachelor’s level students may be considered.  Please email  for more information
  • New, current or prospective students at the master’s or doctoral levels and in all disciplines are eligible for this program.
