Students who would like to apply for the Yale Summer Sessions may proceed to the official application at the Yale website from now until the deadline set by Yale University (kindly take note of the Yale application deadline for different sessions and programmes). Please also submit the internal application to SAO (20 Jan – 20 Feb 2025) to become a UM-nominated student. Only UM-nominated students will be eligible to compete for the UM sponsorship based on smart point or RC nomination.

Only students who enroll in face-to-face course(s) will be nominated by UM and allowed to compete for the sponsorship.

English Requirement
Year 3 and Year 4 students may provide a *testimonial issued by the Registry for the English proof if the teaching language of your major is English.
For other students, please refer to the website for the English Proficiency Requirement: Link

*A testimonial (證明書/在學證明) costs MOP55 and please allow 2 working days of processing time.

Visa Requirement
Studying in-person generally requires entering the United States on a valid F-1 visa. Students may not attend Yale Summer Session on a B-1 or B-2 (tourist visa).
