Students who decided to apply for the Yale English Language Institute can proceed to the official application at Yale University website from mid-January 2026 until the deadlines set by Yale University. At the same time, students need to submit the internal application to SAO (21 Jan – 23 Feb 2026) to become a UM-nominated student. Only UM-nominated students will be eligible to compete for the UM sponsorship based on smart point or RC nomination.

Academic and English Requirements
– Proof of English proficiency is not required for all the English Language Institute programmes mentioned in this post.
– Participants should have an advanced level of English proficiency and at least three years of undergraduate study in business or a related field.
– Ideal applicants for the Law Seminar are those with advanced English proficiency and at least three years of undergraduate study in law or a related discipline.
