If your first language or teaching medium at UM is English, please apply for a testimonial at the Registry showing that your medium of instruction at UM is English.
**The Student Affairs Office will not sign the “English Proficiency Declaration Form” provided by HKU.

Refund Policy
Both the programme fee and application fee are non-refundable after you accept the offer.
