| Refund Policy | If a student decides to cancel the following refund policy is in place: Students who cancel up to May 31, 2024 can receive a full refund of all fees paid minus an administration fee of $150 + tax. Students who cancel between June 1st and June 17th can receive a refund of all fees paid minus the enrolment deposit of $600 + tax. Non-attendance or withdrawal after the program start date will incur a full program fee. The University of Victoria reserves the right to cancel the SGBS program prior to the start date. In the event of cancellation, the university will return all deposits and tuition paid by the student at that time |
